This century-old industrial heritage building was formerly a yarn-spinning firm and a broom factory employing blind veterans. Its distinct four-by-four sashed, single-pane windows stand out in a neighbourhood of Victorian and Edwardian townhouses. The building was designed by Canadian architect William George Hunt in 1921.

As of August 2021, 888 Dupont Street currently serves as a complex of affordable studio spaces for artists and small businesses, including No Fun Press. However, it's slated for demolition to make way for a mixed-use residential development by TAS Design. According to their website, the project will be completed by 2024.
