Notes:

Eden Smith prepared the plans for the residence, which is located on the north side of Clarendon Avenue between Warren Road and Russell Hill Road. Following the issuance of a building permit in July 1908, the house was first recorded in the city directory of 1910. Hamilton Cassels, a barrister with the firm of Cassels, Brock, Kelley and Falconbridge, was the original occupant.
