Notes:
This buildlng incorporates the facades of two earlier structures that appeared on the site, at 88 and 90 Carlton Street. These two lowrise building were built around 1928 to house labourers who were working the nearby Maple Leaf Gardens. Although the buildings were not on the Inventory of Heritage Properties, their Italian art-deco facades were considered worth of preservation.
