Notes:
This building immediately behind the Toronto Western Hospital used to house doctor's offices, but was purchased by St. Clares Multifaith Housing in 2000 and converted into housing for the homeless, with the building being occupied by the end of 2001. About five years later, they added two floors of units onto the top of the building in an innovative scheme.

This building won a Toronto Architecture and Urban Design Award of Excellence in the category "Building in Context - Private - Mid-Rise Building" in 2007, and as well won a Royal Architectural Institute of Canada Award of Excellence in the "Innovation in Architecure – Science Category" in 2007. Both of these were awarded for the addition of units to the rooftop of the building.
