Notes:
This is the first of several highrise buildings planned for this development. In 2009, construction was well underway on two eight-storey rental buildings facing Sheppard Avenue East, that will be completed in August 2010. The first two condominium towers in the project are slated to begin construction in mid-2010 for completion in 2012.
