c. 1895
OTHER IDENTIFICATION
Notes:

This home's design has Tudor-Gothic Revival elements, much like the 1848 Laughlin Lodge near Sick Kids hospital. Its gables in particular invoke 15th-century English buildings like Dorset's Athelhampton Hall and Norfolk's Oxburgh Hall. The building's original address was 77 Lowther Avenue.
