    The Robertson House Crisis Care Centre was constructed behind historical houses on Sherbourne Street, and is a shelter for women and children.

    This building has won numerous architectural awards. These include a Canadian Architect Award Excellence in 1995; an Ontario Association of Architects Architectural Excellence Awards in the "Institutional A" category in 2003; a Toronto Architecture and Urban Design Award for "Element or Building" in 2000, and a Wood Design Awards Citation in 2001.
