Notes:
This building was a joint effort of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Toronto Dress and Sportswear Manufacturer's Guild. The building was constructed to house mainly workers in the garment industry, and at the time was the only known instance of workers and managers together building housing for workers. The building was named for William Villano, Union Manager.
