Notes:

A small part of this building, consisting of a five storey structure, was constructed in 1910. The building received a major addition in 1917 and another in 1930. It was formerly a warehouse for Simpsons Department Stores, and after that, Sears Department Stores. At one time, over 12,000 people worked here. In the late 1990's and early 2000's it was gradually converted into residential use.
