$400;000 Fire at Church. Damage was estimated at $400;000 in a fire that gutted the 85-year-old Anglican Church of the Messiah at Avenue Rd. and Dupont St. early today. At height of blaze; flames rose more than 100 feet above landmark. No one was hurt.
