Notes:

A duplex dwelling built in 1881 at 24-26 Cecil Street was demolished and rebuilt in near-identical form on the same lot in 1980-81. Its triplets at 28-30 and 20-22 Cecil Street can be used as a reference for the demolished structure's original appearance. 24 Cecil Street remains listed on the City of Toronto Heritage Register.

In 2021, Black Lives Matter Canada acquired 24 Cecil Street for its Wildseed Centre for Arts and Activism.
