This building incorporates the facade of a heritage structure, O'Keefe House, which was the headquarters of Canadian Breweries Limited. Later, it housed offices for a radio station, CJRT.

Renovations and additions to this buiulding won a Design Excellence Award from the Ontario Association of Architects in 2007.
