Notes:

This building was first proposed at Toronto East York Community Council, September 19, 2005. An association, the Active18 Association, was quickly established to challenge these and other nearby proposals. In November, 2005, this proposal and others were made subject to a zoning review by Council. In January, 2007, the OMB approved this development in a controversial decision. The Epic on Triangle Park development would later be built at 48 Abell Street.
