    This complex consists of a community centre, including a gymnasium, and a branch of the Toronto Public Library. The library opened October 14, 2004, and was the 99th branch in the system. It was the first to open since 1998.

    The building won an Honourable Mention from the Ontario Association of Architects Awards in the "Institutional A" category in 2006, and an Honourable Mention from the Toronto Architectural and Urban Design Awards in 2005.
