Notes:

The apartment building at 44 Walmer Road is a monolithic 13-storey building, built in the middle of the 20th century and reflecting the search for new architectural solutions to update Toronto's urban space. At the same time, the house occupies an important place in the context of urban planning, since it is located in the Annex neighbourhood, which is a densely populated area due to its historical significance, the presence of several parks and recreation areas, such as Gwendolyn MacEwen Park, St. Alban Square and Jean Sibelius Square, as well as the University of Toronto campus. Accordingly, this building offers a neighbourhood multi-unit rental housing with unique architecture in a historical and developed area.
