Notes:
24 McNab Boulevard was built before 1957. Unfortunately, aerial photos from the City of Toronto Archives are missing from these years prior so specific date of completion is unknown. However, based on other development in Cliffcrest that peaked around 1950, it can be assumed that this home was completed around that time as well. This sprawling bungalow is a Ranch Style of home. In 2019/2020 the exterior was rennovated with the addition of decorative wooden beams and the bricks were painted grey.
