When 35 St. Quentin Avenue was built around 1950, the property hosted the main house and a smaller detached building. Today the smaller building still stands alongside the larger house and is believed to be a "Granny Suite".

35 St. Quentin Avenue was built between 1947 and 1955. Unfortunately, aerial photos from the City of Toronto Archives are missing from these years, so a specific date of completion is currently unknown.
