Notes:
51 Finch Avenue West was constructed around 1950 as part of a residential development along with 139 other houses, all designed in the Victory style. Having been built from prefabricated, mass-produced materials, this development can be seen as a precursor to the "subdivisions" that became omnipresent in the Greater Toronto Area between the mid-1990s and 2010. Many of the homes in this particular development have been demolished or are slated for demolition. As of 2020, only 36 of the original 140 buildings survive.
