Notes:
75-79 Elm Grove Avenue / 1267R Queen Street West is a 1-or-2 storey building located at the northeast corner of Elm Grove Avenue and Queen Street West. 75-79 Elm Grove Avenue / 1267R Queen Street West was constructed in 1889/1890.

75-79 Elm Grove Avenue / 1267R Queen Street West was first home to the Toronto Roofing Company between 1889/1890 and 1892. The Toronto Roofing Company was owned by William G. McMurchy. McMurchy lived at 106 Beaconsfield Avenue.

Later uses of the building include: the Carter Brothers real estate office (c. 1892/1893); Park & Allan Laundry (c. 1896); Alex Laidlaw's grain cleaning business (c. 1899); and Lew Mo Kee's laundry business (c. 1905).

In August 1916, 75 Elm Grove Avenue housed the polling station for a municipal election. This resulted in a local scandal, as voters were told the polling station was on Queen Street West, not in a rear building abutting the laneway. No clear instructions were provided to voters as to how to find the polling station.

75-79 Elm Grove Avenue / 1267R Queen Street West is presently, as of early 2022, used as a garage for the neighbouring building at 1267 Queen Street West.

In the late 2010s, the exterior of the building was partially stuccoed over and painted.
