398 Spadina Avenue is a 2-to-2.5 storey building located at the southwest corner of Spadina Avenue and Nassau Street in the Chinatown West - Kensington Market neighbourhood of Toronto. 398 Spadina Avenue was constructed in 1869/1870 and is in the Georgian Revival style of architecture. 

 

398 Spadina Avenue is one of the oldest surviving buildings on Spadina Avenue.

 

398 Spadina Avenue was first home to Thomas Kennedy who was a grocer that had his shop and residence based here.
