In 2019, Makow Architects Associates Ltd. posted plans on their website for a new redevelopment - the Annex Lofts - at the northeast corner of Bathurst Street and Bridgman Avenue. This redevelopment would see the demolition of 1175 Bathurst Street / 84 Bridgman Avenue and adjacent properties. However, as of early August 2021, no formal redevelopment application has been made available in the City of Toronto Application Information Centre.
1175 Bathurst Street / 84 Bridgman Avenue is located at the northeast corner of Bathurst Street and Bridgman Avenue.
The building was constructed in 1942 and first home to the Sackville Shops - a furniture refinishing and upholstering business. By 1943, the Elvidge Printing Company had also moved into the building alongside Sackville Shops.
