Notes:

This iconic Yonge and Finch-area plaza with its red corrugated iron mansard roof was a Newtonbrook favourite and a landmark familiar to the twenty thousand daily commuters aboard the York Region Transit 99 and Viva Blue bus routes to and from Finch Station. It was built around 1960 and demolished in early 2019 to make way for Aoyuan International's M2M Condominium development. Its most longstanding commercial tenants included Bowlerama, Ralph's Shoe Repair, Consumers Distributing, Play It Again Sports, and Food Basics.
