119-121 Granby Street were originally known as 119-121 Anne Street. Anne Street became Granby Street in 1934/1935.

 

119 Granby Street (then 119 Anne Street) was first home to William Baker, a shoemaker, who lived here for 1 year in 1894.  

 

121 Granby Street (then 121 Anne Street) was first home to William Poter, a builder, who lived here for 1 year in 1893.

 

As of 1909, 119 Granby Street (then 119 Anne Street) was home to Dr. Hawtry Bredin. Dr. Bredin died at home age 82 in 1909. 

 

 

While constructed in 1893, 119-121 Granby Street do not appear in the Fire Insurance Plans until the 1903 edition.
