Built in 1910, Edgar Apartment is a rectangular two-story brick building with a hipped roof and ridge designed in the Edwardian Style. The building is centered on two double-story (full-height) balconies that give way to a stepped parapet with the circular dormer window with a key-stone detail which is usual for Edwardian architecture. The bottom portion of the building is treated differently from stone in reference to the Italian classical tradition. The windows have simple stone lintels, and the door is surrounded by a stone drip mold.
