1913: Plans to form the school, S.S. 14, were made at a public meeting in Agincourt in January. Ratepayers voted to approved the construction of a $12 000 school. W.H. Paterson, local resident, donated 3 acres of land for the school. 1914: The 2-storey, brick building with four classrooms opened for 48 students and 2 teachers. Official Opening on August 28. 1921: Student population rose to 107, still only 2 teachers. 1940: Some of the school's classrooms were converted for war use and served as a firehall for the Ambulance Emergency Equipment. 1943: Building improvement project began at a cost of $10 000. New lighting installed throughout school, new lavatory rooms, hot and cold running water, drinking fountains, and exterior repainting was completed. 1946: Nearby Ellesmere Public School burnt down, its students were sent to Agincourt. A new wing was developed to help house the influx of students. 1948: New wing completed, with four classrooms and a gymnasium. The student population continued to expand, and classes were taught in the gym, basement classrooms, and portables. 1977: The school was declared an historical site by Scarborough Historical Society. 1999: Building was designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act and is listed on the Toronto Heritage Property Register.
