With its Late Modern style, this building is an excellent example of the characteristic Don Mills-Flemingdon Park low-rise office headquarters whose design includes the principles set out by the lead planner, Macklin Hancock for the industrial areas of the Don Mills Master Plan. This building is also aligned with the development of Wynford Drive and the completion of a series of ten modernist buildings in the area which together created a significant cultural heritage landscape.
