This is a 2 storey commercial warehouse building constructed in a Romanesque style. It has poly-chromatic decorative brickwork at the roof line; semi-circular vertically oriented windows, and a recessed entrance with an arched entryway. Blyth Academy moved into the building and established it as their Yorkville campus in 2013.
