780 King Street West is a 1-storey industrial building dating to 1929/1930. 780 King Street West was first home to the Toronto Die Company, which cut and manufactured manufacturing dies. A modern façade has been added to the King Street West elevation of 780 King Street West during the early 21st century. 780 King Street West presently houses Studio Spin fitness center.
