This building is at risk

Info:

In 2019, Makow Architects Associates Ltd. posted plans on their website for a new redevelopment - the Annex Lofts - at the northeast corner of Bathurst Street and Bridgman Avenue. This redevelopment may include 1191 Bathurst Street. As 1191 Bathurst Street does not presently have heritage status, it should be considered at increased risk of demolition.

However, of additional note is that as of early August 2021, no formal redevelopment application has been made available in the City of Toronto Application Information Centre. This application is expected to occur in the future.
