Notes:

Originally a warehouse for the St. David's Wine Growers Company, the site became an Eatons warehouse in the 1920s. In 1991, this building became offices for Artscape, and also housed artists studios. In 2012, the building changed hands to developer Hullmark, who did an extensive retrofit of the building into a commercial office space for INVIVO Communications. It was added to Toronto's Heritage Register in 2006, and was designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act in 2012.
