Notes:
29 Neilson Ave. was built between 1947 and 1956. Unfortunately, aerial photos from the City of Toronto Archives are missing from these years, so specific date of completion is currently unknown. In 1957, 29 Neilson backed onto the newly built Fairmount Public School (est.1951) which still stands at the local public elementary school for most Cliffcrest residents. Around 1985, the Victory Style home was rennovated to match a Victorian Style home with a front porch and overhang, white siding, a green roof, and large windows.
