Unfortunately, the City of Toronto Heritage Preservation Services reviewed these properties and deemed they do not merit inclusion on the City of Toronto Heritage Register nor merit protection under the Ontario Heritage Act.

Notes:

44-46 Harbord Street previously had decorative, rainbow patterned stained glass on their ground floor windows facing Harbord Street. Unfortunately this was removed by the University of Toronto around 2017. Decorative metalworking remains extant as of November 2020.

44-46 Harbord Street have been vacant for over 15 years as of November 2020.
