There is proposed redevelopment of the property by KARTELLE Corporation. There used to be letters over the clock that read "The Roy Building." Throughout the 1950s and 1960s the building was home to the Industrial Acceptance Corp. Ltd. The owner, Steven Leyzac painted the building´s original glazed, turqoise brick with a thick paint to stop brick spalling and water penetration.
